Hey y'all! So things have been going well for me after the Miss C-I Pageant! I have started college and homework didn't take long to come! But it is fun, though I know NO ONE in my classes, still I get to know new people. Also I go to Central Lakes College in Brainerd. So Not too far! Very nice because I see people I know almost everywhere! HAHA love it. Also things have been going good for prep of the Miss Northern Lakes Pageant. I got a new dress from a friend actually who has been trying to sell it and it is so pretty. Oh Can't wait for yall to see it. Maybe I will have a crown and sash to go with it?....God only knows for sure! I can't wait for this pageant to come and it's next month...AHHH but I am stoked and I have my buds in brainerd to help me out. THANK YOU GUYS! Can't do it with out everyone that is helping me out. Oh man!! So this weekend was so much fun! Heritage days was a blast and if you don't know what that is...it is our town celebration and Crosby has been around now for 112 years! Sweet! :) Proud of my community! I helped out with our lovely new royalty hand out hot dogs and greet our community!! Haley, Miss Congeniality 2012 and I! Had fun avoiding our little dancing man lol! Love ya gal! Allison, Heritage Day Princess 2012, and I! Hope you had a great Heritage weekend! Ur Awesome! Bailey, Crosby-Ironton Princess 2012, and I! So Much fun judging with you!! Ur Sweet! There was a fun Loon Calling Contest Bailey and I judged and amazing talent! The little guy that won sounded exactly like a loon! He was only NINE!! Ok guys! So here it is! The pageant I think could be for me and It is perfect!! After the Miss C-I Pageant I spoke with the lovely Bill and Vicki from the Miss Brainerd Lakes/Miss Baxter Pageant and they told me to look on the Miss Minnesota website and find an open pageant and they will help me with it! I found one and it is apart of the Miss America Organization! It is................The 2012 Miss Northern Lakes Pageant! I am so excited! BUT!!!!! I need Your Help! Well the night went AMAZING and now the results! BUT before I tell you I want to say I am doing better then last year and I am trying my best to keep my smile! I feel God has a reason why I didn't get a crown and I feel I made an impact and that is what I really wanted! The results: Miss Congeniality 2012: Haley Hann Crosby-Ironton Princess 2012: Bailey Swensen Miss Crosby-Ironton 2012: Rashell Rudek But I didn't walk away empty handed! I earned the Best OnStage Question award and the best of them all...even better then a crown and sash!! I earned the Life Achievement Award! And that is all about staying positive through the hard times and coming out a winner! May God bless me as I go on after this pageant and focus on better things and be able to let go! :) I am unsure about my pageant future but sometime I feel I do want to compete again! AHHHHH! It is One Hour to pageant and I am so calm right now! I feel ready and I cannot wait to see how this will all turn out! I am so ready for this! I can't wait for the glitz and show what I have to offer to represent the community! So as I am getting ready to sparkle on stage...I am praying for the best and at around 9 pm or so You will know if I get crowned or not! I have a great feeling about this! It's all in God's hands! It's all Good! May God bless us as we are on stage and off! Keep our hopes high and keep them there no matter what happens! I thought I would share with you my day so far! I woke up very calm and relaxed about the day! I woke up at 5 this morning and had a shower! That is very unusual to get up and running that early for me lol. But no complaints I was able to chat with my parents and really had the chance to chill. I was supposed to meet with the director this morning but she didn't show up so here I am back home doing some things before my first to do for the day! I might write while the day goes on but we will see how much time is left! Blog ya later! -Tiffany
