Bake Walk & CMN Fundraiser!

Saturday was a blast but sadly it did dwindle quite a bit near the end of the day. So when I got their to start my day it was busy so I got set up and ready to sell my cards and candy canes for CMN. I got in a nice holiday themed dress and heels. Funny story actually my heel got caught in the vent register haha! so funny, had to be there though. Anyways. I did get quite a bit of donations. I received $45 for CMN! I am so thankful I have such a giving community.

Thank you to all who supported CMN, Heartland Kitchen & Me. It means the world and more to me that you came to the restaurant to support Maureen with the bake walk and me along the way. Also thank you to my co-workers who are more like my second family, for always rooting me on no matter what!

Sadly I did not sell all of my cards or candy canes. Oh well at least I got quite a bit from donations. Trust me guys it will all go to CMN directly. :D Here are some pictures for you guys and I hope you have a wonderful day. More to come later about my pageant future. Some changes might be amongst us! It's all in God's hands and laid at his feet!

I am not sure if you guys are excited to hear if I got this Miss Crow Wing County International 2014 title as much as me but I am going crazy lol!! It has been super hard to focus on school and other things!! I have been praying and praying that God will help those who select the girls to represent their county to see my heart like He does!! Right when that letter comes I will update and probably do a YouTube video lol! Usually when it comes to pageant stuff I get super excited and I can't focus on anything else. I have not a clue why but that is just what happens. There is a purpose that I have this passion. I would haven't thought that I would be a pageant girl but I am super proud to say I am!! Also, I do ask for prayers for the pageant I am now assisting and I have competed in, The Miss Crosby-Ironton Scholarship Pageant. MISS BL...ROUND 2!! LET'S DO THIS!

HEY YALL!! It is so close until the up-in-coming Miss Brainerd Lakes pageant! I am super excited! God has prepared me in multiple ways for anything He has planned! I have given it all up to Him!! I am doing my best this time around not to focus so much on what anyone else is doing rather focus on what God has placed in front of me. I seem to fall into this trap of thinking someone else is WAY better than me & I have NO CHANCE in achieving the title. Those thoughts need to be thrown out the window! I have always thought those kind of things when a pageant came about! I try to stop the thoughts but it seemed it just always happened! THIS YEAR is gonna be different. I'm changing my thought process & my whole outlook. I can't wait to make new friends, memories & continue to grow. This will be my sixth pageant...MAYBE THIS IS MY TIME...MY TIME TO GROW AND EXPERIENCE MORE OF WHAT THIS SYSTEM HAS TO OFFER. To be honest, I don't know but I do know I trust God!...

Ekk..Pageant meet Stress, Tiffany have you met stress?!

Wow this pageant is coming so close and stress is building!! I am so excited but I have shed my tears! When we are just learning the pageant opening number...THIS PAST WEEK! ugh and I am so confused on what I do and how the footwork works. my my! All I can say is May God help us all! Seriously. Now for the stress area of this pageant...I have tried to stay composed but I have broken down. Once when I was practicing my talent that was fine. But then the comments from the director brought me down. We had no microphone at the time and so possibly I wasn't as clear and loud as I could be if I had one but she told me that I needed to speak more clearly and louder. Since I had speech therapy when I was younger, I took it to heart and it hurt majorly. I spoke to Lori about it and now it's all good. I was just hurt horribly and I felt it was unneeded for her to say infront of everyone to say how I needed to improve and tell the rest how great they were. Yes they did do amazing bu...
