Hello there! Aw man I seriously have a feeling God is beautifully putting everything into place for a reason! As I am preparing for Miss Brainerd Lakes 2014, my talent is coming together naturally & amazing! Working on my interview questions...going great! Need to work on my walk though, a bit wobbly & stubbly! I have plenty of time to work on those things. I also am working out, literally. Doing my best to tone up rather than lose weight. It is pretty tough when you have chocolate & potato chips taunting you. Haha! My healthy eatting consists of: Breakfast- Cereal, coffee or water, & fruit Lunch- Salad with fruit & water Supper- Salmon, salad, & Milk Snack- Fruit or Protein Bar My workout: 10 Sit-ups 10 Push-ups 30 Side to side Toe Touches 30 Seconds of Side Stretches 15 Minutes of Workout Bike 15 Minutes of Elliptical (Might add more later) I will update you on my workout as time goes on!
